[Feature] Show shared albums in widget

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Currently, iOS widget is unable to utilize a shared album owned by another user. Use case: I created a shared album for photos for this widget. I am able to use this album for the widget, but my spouse, who is able to access the album normally in app, is unable to select it for the widget. Feature request is to allow use of shared albums not owned by the user for the ios widget.
