Add built-in https support

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Currently, only http is available. In order to transfer immich to new hardware, you need to configure it (for example, nginx) again. Is it possible to do a built-in https on/off from a container? (to manage immich settings if necessary)
