[Feature] Option to define separate "Create link to share" base URLL

The feature

When using a reverse proxy (such as Pangolin) combined with a tool such as Immich Public Proxy, it would be helpful if you could define a separate base URL in Administration | Settings | Server Settings for the "Create link to share" feature.

For example:

External Domain:
Link Sharing External Domain:

The latter setting can be left blank, defaulting to the External Domain.

Isn't this the purpose of External Domain? 🤔
(Or maybe I overlooked something? I noticed you asked about it on Reddit).

Per #6146:

Add the option to set the instance's "external domain", which currently is used as an override for window.origin when constructing the shared link url to copy to the clipboard.

Yeah, the external domain setting covers this.

No, it doesn't cover this.

External Domain is used for multiple things currently. Two specifically:

• Adding photos to an album, email gets sent to all users that are added to that album
• URL for the sharing link (which would typically go to non-users)

If you are using something like Immich Public Proxy, then you will likely need the sharing link URL to be different than the URL used for the emails being sent to true users.
