[Feature] Support /usr/bin/sendmail

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Is it possible to support /usr/bin/sendmail (or a drop-in replacement, I use https://github.com/marlam/msmtp) for sending e-mails? I would like to keep the configuration of a remote smtp server in one place.

Immich is built as a containerized application and we currently don't support any of the other install methods, so adding support for something that wouldn't work in the container environment isn't really suited. If that ever changes this can be reconsidered of course.
