[Feature] Option for 'don't overwrite' if location is already set

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When setting the location for an asset, have the option to NOT OVERWRITE if the asset already has a location set.

When importing images I have images from my DSLR and my phone - DSLR images for the most part are not geotagged. Phone images are geotagged. I usually set a general area location on the images for an event, but would like to avoid overwriting the more accurate geotags that already exist.

I did not see a way to search and separate out geotagged vs non-geotagged images to be able to do this manually.

You can do this by filtering for place unknown in the search
