Can we add a setting for the starting time of album backups?

The feature

When there are two backup locations for a mobile phone album, one of which supports downloading offline thumbnails, using Immich poses a challenge as the backup is not the original image but the thumbnail. For instance, when I switch to a new phone, the phone automatically downloads thumbnails from the old phone's album from the cloud service provided by the phone manufacturer. Only when the new phone takes photos will the original image appear, but Immich backs up both the original and thumbnail images together. Sometimes, the original image on Immich is mistakenly overwritten by the thumbnail, which is quite troublesome. Therefore, I hope to add a feature in the backup settings that allows for setting a backup start time. For example, if I changed my phone on July 1st and the old photos on the new phone are from before June 30th, they will be saved as thumbnails to save phone space. After July 1st, all new photos taken will be original images. Then, Immich on my new phone will start backing up the album from that day onwards. This way, when switching phones, I won't have to worry about the thumbnail overwriting the original image on Immich.
