[Feature] Bulk Unassign Person from Multiple Photo

Hi team,
First of all – thank you for an amazing project! Immich has been a game‑changer for managing my photo collection. 🙏
I’ve encountered a use case that could really benefit from an improvement:

Use Case:
When Immich mistakenly identifies someone in multiple photos (e.g., a person is tagged across 100+ photos but is not actually in them), there is currently no way to remove the person from all selected photos at once. The only option seems to be correcting (Relabeling) the person, but not unassigning them entirely.

Current workaround:
Opening each photo individually and clicking "Remove person" - which is very time‑consuming.

Requested Feature:
Please add a "Bulk Unassign Person" option, similar to how relabeling works, allowing us to select multiple photos and remove the association with the person entirely.

This would save a lot of time and help correct false positives more efficiently.
