[Feature] Animal facial recognition (dogs, cats, etc.)

The feature

I would like to request the addition of animal facial recognition in Immich, specifically for common pets like dogs and cats.

Currently, the facial recognition feature works great for people, but many users—especially pet owners—would benefit from being able to tag and search their pets in the same way. Being able to automatically group photos of a specific dog or cat would make organizing and reliving pet memories much easier.

This feature could be opt-in and trained similarly to human faces, allowing the user to identify and name pets manually, with the system learning over time.
