I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

i set up my watch folders in the android app ("camera", "screenshots", "downloads", etc) and everything backs up fine. the issue is when i delete everything in a watched folder, then the immich app stops "watching" that folder so i have setup that folder again. for example, if i back up all my screenshots and then delete all the images locally, there would be nothing in the folder on my device. immich would then stop syncing that folder until a new screenshot is added and i go into my settings and re-tell it to watch that folder again.

ideally i would like it to remember it needs to watch that location even if there is nothing in it currently on the device.
