How to properly sync media after restoring an outdated database backup in Immich

I restored an older database backup that contains photos which I had already deleted before the backup was made.
Now, after the restore, these photos appear again in the database, but their actual files are missing on disk.

Is there a recommended way or CLI command to resynchronize or clean up the database entries so that Immich matches the current media files on disk ?

I don't quite follow, did you restore a backup of the database but not of the UPLOAD_LOCATION dir?

Yes, only database restore, not the folder where all photos are stored. Database status is 1 hour older than data stock.

You'd want to restore both together, otherwise you're bound to get into this sort of situation (and you might not even know it).

I know but in this case it's not possible so I'm asking if there is a solution. ChatGPT tells me there is a CLI command for syncing with "docker compose exec immich-server node ./apps/immich/bin/immich.js media --resync" but it doesn't work, maybe he is hypnotizing

There is not, it's making shit up as it always does. The only option is to find the assets in Immich and delete them.
