[Feature] Infinite scroll in mobile app

Hello friends,

Immich is awesome, I use it every day, but I have a little problem, in mobile when use the library -> people and choose a person with a lot of photos (+20k) the loading is showing for a lot of minutes (+5), I think that the problem is that you get all photos, I propuse get only the 100 first items and when you go to the end get other 100 items.
