[Feature] Always offline photos/videos app option

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

A nice to have feature would be to be able to mark some photos/videos as "always available offline" on the mobile app, so that when you aren't connected to internet you could still play/show them. Currently the download button just download the asset, but it doesn't show the original one as available on device and still tries to play it from the server.

This option would be like Microsoft Onedrive's one, permitting to have most important pics ready to be shown even with low (or inexistant) mobile network bandwidth (4k footages for example).
