[Feature] Persistent filter in all screens

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

With the search functionality, we can find photos using various criterias.

But it would be great to navigate through albums, folders, map, with these criterias still active.

For me, the best use case would be with ratings, to navigate everywhere in the app but with only 5 stars photos. But it could also be useful to navigate through the app with a filter on one particular person or tag.
