CPU usage Immich_Machine_Learning container

I've been using Immich for a while now and I've noticed in my monitoring, that the container Immich_Machine_Learning is using some cpu constantly:

In my settings, I've disabled machine learning. My question is: What is immich_machine_learning doing, while it's disabled and not being used?
