[Feature] App respects account setting for memories

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Memories now appear in app even if disabled in account settings.
Requesting that app respect account settings, or have it's own.

(If there is a way to disable memories in the app, sorry I missed it!)
