Filter out sensitive content in search

I want to be able to filter out sensitive content when searching. Ideally I'd like to configure a list of keywords and a threshold value to act as filter. It should be overridable either with a search keyword (!nsfw or similar) and/or with a checkbox. I just want to be able to search my albums at work while reducing the risk of showing any wet tshirt photos.

While it might be partly overlapping, my request is regarding filtering the search rather than the timeline.

Yeah but to achieve that we need such categorizing in the first place.
