[Feature] When I upload a picture, I want to be able to choose to add it to an album

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Current Situation:

Desktop:
When I upload a picture, it is uploaded directly and appears in my timeline. To add it to an album, I currently have two options:

1. Open the picture and use the menu to add it to an album.
2. Open the album itself and select the photos I want to add.

Another option is to open an album and upload photos directly to it via "Select from computer".

Mobile:
At the moment, there is no option to upload directly to Immich (see discussion #12604).
Once photos are uploaded, they can be added to an album in the same ways as described for desktop.

Expected Behavior:

Desktop:
When I upload a photo from my timeline view, I want to be prompted whether I want to add it to an album immediately or not.

Mobile:
First, discussion #12604 needs to be implemented to allow direct uploads from the timeline view.
Once direct uploads are available, the same "Add to album" prompt should be shown as on desktop.
