[Feature] Filter for photos "Not on this device"

The feature

I would like a way to see which photos and videos are stored on my Immich server but are not present on my device's local storage.

This capability is necessary for managing my phone's storage. After I use the "Free up space" utility or manually delete local files, I currently have no method within the app to verify which assets now exist exclusively on the server. Being able to view this specific set of assets would allow me to audit my library and manage my device storage accurately.
