[Feature] Automatically display the most recent image of a person in the People overview

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

It would be cool if you could set the People overview to always use the most recent image as a thumbnail for all or individual people. For example, if there are images of me from 2024 and 2025, then the image from 2025 should be used as the thumbnail for me.
