[Feature] Upload directly to Locked Folder

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Please add an ability to upload directly to the locked folder (considering its intended function is privacy).
The way it is implemented now, you need to dump all your new uploads into the main space, then fish them out individually to move to the Locked Folder.

It would be nice if it could reuse the Album's "Select Photos" UI, that has a "Select from computer" button that uploads new files directly into album in question.

Small note, the web interface is also not clear on this.

When opening the Locked Folder and if there are no photo's in there you get a big picture telling the user the drag en drop photo's in there. So I did.. and now those foto's are not in the Locked Folder but in the main timeline.

This also helps when migrating from Google Photo's to Immich. Because Google Takeout does not incorporate the Locked Folder in Google Photo's, so this is a manual task to download the Locked Folder from Google Photo's and reimport it into Immich. Would be nice if this upload could to straight into the Locked Folder of Immich.
