[Feature] mobile app to show the storage limit, similar to the web app

Proposed Behavior:

Mobile app to show the storage limit space similar to web app instead of the servers total storage capacity, for consistency

Current Behavior:

Mobile app

mobile app currently shows the total capacity of the server storage

web app shows the storage limit the admin set

Several months ago, the Immich app showed per-account storage limits. But after an update, it started showing the total storage space of the disk. I don’t know if this is a feature or an unfixed bug.
