[Feature] Add an 'Upload' button to the folder page as well

The feature

I hope to add an "Upload" button to the folder page, so that when you click the "Upload" button on the folder page, you can directly upload photos and videos to that folder.

Many people are accustomed to storing and categorizing photos in the form of folders. For example: Beijing/Beijing Zoo; Shanghai/Shanghai Disneyland; Shanxi/Taiyuan/Yingze Park; Classmates/universities/gatherings, etc.

You'd use albums and/or tags for that. The folder page only shows the underlying folder structure and allows you to browse assets by it. For the internal/upload library, the folder structure is based on the storage template. Adding files to a specific folder here doesn't make sense because it'd diverge from the template.
For external libraries, the fundamental assumption is for you to manage the folder structure and add/remove files to it as you go. You cannot add files to that through Immich
