[Feature] manually select folder to upload

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Provide a way to select a specific folder to be uploaded.

Problem:
My camera app stores 'burst pictures' in folders, therefore my DCIM folder is not suggested as an upload folder.

This causes me to have to select "recent" which also uploads from Whatsapp, downloads from the web and all the other things that happen to be media on my phone.
