[Feature] Support the exif info of DJI Pocket3 device.

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Support the exif information of MP4 from DJI Pocket3. Now(v1.136.0) the photos of Pocket3 can be searched by the device, but the mp4 files cannot be searched by the device.
In asset_exif table make/model column is empty.
I can provide a dji-pocket3 video file if necessary.

That file doesn't include any appropriate metadata for the make/model. I can't find much detail on the Encoder field but my understanding is it should actually denote the system/chip used to encode the video and so should not be used as a make/model.

Yes,There is no make/model information in it. But whether we can extract make/model information from the Encoder or Category fields for DJI? DJI is a very popular Video equipment company
