[Feature] Ability to tag multiple locations in one video

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I would like to tag more than one location in a video and possibly associate a particular time to it. For instance, 0:00 to 0:36 - location A. 1:15 to 1:26 - location B and so on.
