[Feature] mtls on Android app to support client certificate auth in Android app

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Would you be able to implement client certificate authentication in the Android app? this works flowlessly in accessing Immich through a web browser on mobile but the app needs to code this feature to access the certificates.

This is a good security measure to expose public addresses ie. the Immich Server address without having to rely on VPN and local connections. Very useful security feature that I would much appreciate on this platform.
