[Feature] Customize by app -feature

The feature

Hi guys, IMMICH is one of my favorite projects... It is the best google photos alternative but I miss one feature which I spotted in google photos. I don't know how google achieve this but with "customize by app" (bottom in the 3dot menu) we can hide pictures and videos by app and stop see them in timeline and back up too... Why it is important, cos apps like TikTok saves all files directly in camera folder and everything turns to be a big mess ... I wonder is there any chance a similar feature could be implemented in IMMICH, nobody wants to back up random social media videos with personal pictures and videos...

You can already do this by excluding the respective albums in the backup selection, right?

Nope ... we don't talk about different albums here... downloaded clips goes to the camera folder, the same folder where goes personal pictures and videos created by camera app... Therefore, Google Photos create new filtration feature called "Customize by APP" ... you can found it in 3-dot menu... It can filtrate and hide media by app.

You can easily try this with tiktok... just download random clip from tiktok app then check how you can hide it from the timeline in google photos via this feature... But in immich this is not possible, unfortunately...
