[Feature] Allow likes and comments from public users on shared links

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I have a shared link to an album that I have passed out to family members, and I want them to be able to like and comment on the photos without creating an account and signing in on my Immich server. Some of them are not tech-savvy, and frankly I don't want to administer that many users.

I think that there should be an option in the link sharing menu to allow likes and comments from public users, maybe with an option to add a name to attribute the comment to. Obviously this would be a "use at your own risk" sort of feature, similar to the allow uploads from public users feature.
