[Feature] option to disable new media notifications per album

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Please add the option for the admin and/or for users to choose what kind of emails are sent. It should be possible to automatically send invitation emails but to toggle off e.g. "Update-Album-Emails"
