[feature request] manual URL switching

Requiring precise location seems excessive for just detecting the Wi-Fi access point name.

I still want to be able to change the server URL, depending on my location and network without location permissions.

This is currently sort of possible by enabling Automatic URL Switching (without allowing location permissions) and editing or reordering the External Network URLs, and then disabling Automatic URL Switching. Unfortunately this trick doesn't always work.

Please make it easier to manually change the server URL.

The permission is needed for the API to read the WIFI name to work. I found it is strange to but that is how iOS and Android works when it comes to that specific feature

To expand on this, wifi names can be pretty trivially mapped to a location using stuff like https://wigle.net/, which is why this restriction exists.
