[Feature] Tags management on mobile

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Description:

Currently, Immich allows browsing photos and albums, but tag management is limited.
It would be very useful to have the ability to add, edit, and remove tags directly from the mobile app.

Use case / Why:

Easier organization of photos without needing desktop/web.
Quick tagging on the go after taking pictures.
Helps with faster search and categorization of photos.

Proposed features:

Add one or multiple tags to a photo from the mobile app.
Edit or remove existing tags.
(Optional) Bulk tagging for multiple photos.
(Optional) Tag suggestions based on previous usage.

Impact:

This would significantly improve the mobile workflow for organizing large photo libraries and make Immich more competitive with Google Photos and similar apps.
