[Feature] Remember deduplicated files

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I have noticed that when i dedupe files with the utility its possible to then reupload the file that was just deduped it does not appear to have its hash remembered to ensure its not uploaded again. I am not sure if the auto backup will skip it but the manual upload will not mark it as a dupe and will upload it again causing it to need to be deduped again.
