[Feature] Automatic photo categorization by scene or theme

I would like Immich to support automatic photo categorization based on scene or theme, such as food, landscape, screenshot, documents, indoor, outdoor, etc.

Currently, Immich allows searching with AI/CLIP and adding manual tags, but it does not automatically organize photos into scene-based categories.

This feature would make it easier to browse and manage large photo libraries without having to manually tag or search every time. Ideally, Immich could:

• Use AI models to detect the scene/theme of each photo.
• Automatically assign tags like Food, Landscape, People, Screenshots.
• Allow users to filter, search, or group photos by these categories.
• Optionally create “smart albums” based on detected categories.

#1673 should cover automatically creating albums based on search terms. We won't be adding a different model that does keyword assignment.
