[Feature] Import Google Takeout Metadata (JSON)

The feature

First to all... I like Immich!

I currently want to transfer my Google Photos to Immich. Therefore I got a Google Takeout of my Photos.

Google has a special format for their metadata: {filename}.supplemental-metadata.json

What do you think about to use this metadata also for the (SIdecar) Metadata import?
