[Feature] Ability to create tag in while assigning them, if they don't exist

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

When you are assigning tags it would be great if you could create a tag form the context menu of available tags. Like a create new tag form there and not from the Tags section.
