[beta] Auto-add uploaded assets to albums.

This feature has made its way back to the beta timeline. You can enable this feature on the Backup Options page. The current selected albums for backup will be linked with the album of the same name on the server, or a new album will be created if those albums don’t exist. Assets uploaded will be placed in the respective linked album.

View similar photos

On the web, you can now look for similar photos or videos when viewing an asset by clicking on the context menu > Find similar photos. Powered by CLIP search to quickly identify photos with similar scenery and context

Digital Ocean 1-Click Deployment

To help users who are interested in trying out the application without setting it up on their infrastructure, or who do not have the infrastructure available yet. We now have the option to deploy Immich directly on DigitalOcean.

The default configuration is the smallest pod size that can run Immich comfortably. The new instance is set up with a default reverse proxy that handles TLS. For more information, you can read here.

@danieldietzler I'm trying to review what the docker images are running, but I'm not seeing a lock files in the various mono repo folders (e.g. server/). I'm hesitant to upgrade my docker images until I've had a chance to make sure nothing compromises my photos. Given how close the build time of the docker images for v1.141.1 are to the time of compromised packages. I'm wary there may be dependencies of the packages used that may have been upgraded to these compromised packages (due to them being released as minor versions). Would y'all be willing to create a new docker image for the release? I believe the affected packages have been yanked from NPM.

We have had the most recent version bump 4 days ago (https://github.com/immich-app/immich/blob/main/pnpm-lock.yaml), that is unrelated to when exactly we released this version.

https://github.com/immich-app/immich/blob/main/pnpm-lock.yaml is the shared lock file for all the subprojects.
All the compromised packages were pushed today, and the last time we did an update is a few days ago, so it's all good.

Hi, I am experiencing issue in v1.141.1. There was a notification that an update is available. So following the steps, I stopped the app and then tried to update but its giving me error with a message that app must be stopped befor eupdate. But I have already stopped the app. I am running it on Truenas Scale CE ver 25.04.2.4. Detailed error message is pasted. Please guide.
