[Feature] "On This Day" timeline view

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Currently, we have "Memories" at the top, with little cards taking us to a small slideshow of photos on that date by year. This takes up a lot of space and is ultimately very limiting, especially if users have larger photo collections.

What I propose is a "On This Day" timeline view, essentially a multi-year filter for the date. The First "Memories" card could just link to this filtered timeline view, and additional "Memories" cards can then link to the appropriate year heading in this filtered timeline view. This would also free up "Memories" to eventually do other things, as the "On this day" is handled by the initial card.
