docker_compose versioning

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

I would like to suggest to put a version on the docker_compose.yml as well as the .env file, every time you change anything in these files. This way we can safely and quickly recreate immich with new images without having to compare these files every time. Thanks!

The files are attached to the releases as artifacts, you can find the appropriate files for any version there.

Yes, but how will i know if it's changed from version to version?
