Need some clarification on real life experience regarding album sync and deletions

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out what this exactly means.

Synchronizing albums from the past
Albums can be synchronized to the server even if they did not exist on the server before. In order to apply this setting you have to:
Enter the cloud on the top right -> cog wheel on the top right -> select the sync option under Sync albums.

Sync albums delete/move photos
If you delete/move photos in the local album on your device, it will not be reflected in the album on the server even if you click Sync albums It will only reflect files you add.

If the same asset is in more than one album it will only sync to the first album it's in, after that it won't sync again even if the user clicks sync albums manually. To overcome this limitation, the files must be removed from the ignore list by App settings -> Advanced -> Duplicate Assets -> Clear

Let's say i have a picture in "kids" but i have the same picture in "kids 2005" for example. Does that mean that there's the potential of the picture not showing up in 1 of those 2 albums?

I've got 1.2tb worth of pictures. I'd rather be sure before i make my phone download all the originals from icloud to upload them to my local immich installation first.

Also, regarding the deletion. I suppose that means that i'm going to have to manage 2 cloud storage services? If i remove 1 picture from my phone. or move it to another album. i'm going to have to do it manually for immich too?
