[Feature] Android Cloud Media App support

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Android hasa feature called app cloud media which I believe Immich would strongly benefit from.

By selecting immich as a cloud media app on a device, when the image picker dialogue is open on android, such as to select a photo to upload or a profile picture, you could see the images on the immich server in the image picker.

This would be a massive upgrade to having to open immich, find the photo you want, download it, return to the origina app picker and find the photo again.

@bo0tzz , please provide the duplicate when closing RFEs and issues. I also found #1045 and #992

Both also closed but there are no instructions how to use this feature.

But it appears as something that requires rebuild of the app which is rather complicated.

I'm really appreciate this is being looked at because it is necessary for the ability to keep stuff off the phone.
