[Feature] Dynamic albums based on - collection of people or location or a combination of other attributes

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

While immich has a feature of viewing all photos based on a person face, many time we need to create an album of a local hangout chapter or group where a set of faces regularly plan trips. Now manually adding to one single album on every meetup is pain.

Can we have an option for dynamic album definition - say whenever X people faces are matched or face and location tags are matched, the dynamic album automatically gets these new photos.

And this dynamic album can be shared once with the group of frens.
