[Feature] Viewer horizontal scrubber like iOS/Samsung gallery app

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

In the iOS and Samsung gallery apps when opening a photo there is this horizontal bar with photo thumbnails which you can scrub to quickly go through photos.

This is already implemented in the Aves FOSS gallery app, but it would be nice to have it available for my backed up photos too.
