[Feature] Remote video transcoding

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Video transcoding is not a Machine Learning (ML) task but it is very resource demanding and can benefits from GPU like ML. It would be great to have the ability to send this task to a more powerful server the same way we can do with ML tasks today.
