If I try to get the Retro Key in the US, it still ends up saying shipping from Italy. The store should allow for just a digital key and let you get free stickers with shipping.

The sticker promo isn't directly tied to getting a key, but to getting anything in the store, and you're buying a DVD which comes with a key. The digital-only key purchases on https://buy.immich.app/ are independent of this and have no relation to the sticker promo.

The DVDs say they're shipping from Italy because we can't put multiple entries in there, but if you're in the US it will ship the DVD from the US even though it says Italy.

However, when I get to checkout, it is adding an additional shipping cost for Italy, though my address is in the US.

Ah, I got it now - the shipping from Italy is still a red herring, but the DVD does ship from a different place in the USA than the stickers do, so they can't be bundled together.
