[Feature] Add a not on current device filter

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Implement a filter on the device that shows the images only existing on the immich server and not on the current device to clean up the photo library. This would allow easier cleanup and viewing of differences that are deleted on device.

To take this a step further, it could record the uploaded device to search it on the web too, (but not really necessary)

So an option to only show remote assets in the main timeline?
For cleanup, there is already a new "Free Space" feature in https://github.com/immich-app/immich/releases/tag/v2.5.0 you might find useful.
