Hi there,

I’d like to suggest a simple app setting to control the cloud sync icon that appears over each photo in the gallery or timeline view.

Description

Currently, every media thumbnail shows a relatively large cloud icon to indicate sync status. While this is useful in some setups, in many workflows (manual uploads, external sync, or all photos already synced) it becomes distracting and takes up a lot of thumbnail space, especially when zoomed out.

A simple setting could allow users to choose:

1. Off — hide the cloud overlay entirely
2. Show only unsynced / failed — highlight only items that are not synced
3. Show only synced — current default behavior

This would be a straightforward app-level toggle in the settings.
