[Feature] Privacy Sensitive Downloads and Sharing (no/minimal EXIF metadata)

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

The feature would allow for a toggle/option to be set when downloading or sharing media to only download/share the media with minimal/no EXIF metadata (eg: GPS location cleared, camera type cleared, authors cleared, etc).
