Partner Sharing and lifetime archive

Hi,

My headline is a bit catchy but like probably many of you I am the tech gay while my users (aka my family) just want things to work and do nothing. And I can't do everything for everybody... That being said here is my problem : I want to keep ALL the pictures I can see from my timeline safe, this also include the pictures I am not the owner of so the ones shared with me.

Unfortunately I have troubles for :

• In my timeline I can not distinguishe my own pictures from the one from my partner(s)
• I tried to organize my timeline by adding pictures to album then archive them but for partner's pictures it is "all or nothing" and impossible to archive or "hide" only specific picture. So my timeline is still messy
• If my partner(s) archive or delete a picture, it is gone for me even if I would like to keep it
• Since I use Google authentication to log into my immich server, I don't have access to my partner(s) account(s) and honestly I don't want to organise their pictures for them

=> Is there a way to solve my issues with the actual immich's functionalities ?

I hope yes but if not then here is what I think will be an "easy" addon (but I am not a dev so I might be totally wrong) :

=> On partner(s) pictures view

• Knowing if I already have the picture in my account (using the duplicate fonctionnality for example to tag the pictures)
• Be able to tag manually and filter on tags
• Be able to select pictures and "import" (just 1 button) them into my own immich account, yes this means having duplicates files to store but no big deal

This way I can really organize my timeline and my memories are not dependant of "people making mistake".

Let me know what you think, how you manage your organization with "lazy not techy" partner(s).
