Download to iPhone Gallery

I use Immich to manage my photos. I shared several photos and videos and send a link to a person. This person has iPhone14. She can see my shared files and can click on download. Download goes without visible errors. I see the video in browser's download history but they dont appear in iPhone's gallery so she claims it is broken :) How to fix? How to make sure she can add shared Immich photos to the image library?

Since you said link, I assume she is viewing it through safari, not the immich app. in that case the downloads will go to the files app. From there the photos/videos can be saved to the photos app the same way you would any other photo/video (share -> save photo/video)
