Hi guys
Architecture question.
The android app - if i notice that my library (external library) is missing something or needs 'maintenance' - like trimming missing/deleted files, (question) should i be able to trigger work from the app? or is this only ever considered administration and via the web admin interface?
what role is 'triggering' work for the server should the client be allowed to do? where is the line?
If my family uploads to the NAS, and then immich scans theses on some timer (external lib) - i can end up with 'dupes' or 'deleted/orphaned' files in the client - and the question of 'where' maintainence can be triggered from is an 'open one'
I am not suggesting a second app for admin stuff - but maybe 3 boxes of design intent for where 'roles' and 'role functionality' is designed to sit would squash my weird question, but without it - ill ask anyway hahahaahah!
